Return & Exchanges

All Accessories are final sale.

 Clothing can be exchanged for store credit. Must be return within 15 days. Clothing must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Smoke & Pet odor free
  • Free of make up stains
  • Free of deodorant stains 

 Shipping for exchanges will be 100% Customers Responsibility. 


Monarca Boutique takes full responsibility on damaged items that are not caused by Post office Handling . You will receive  store credit if your item is no longer in stock.  Shipment will also be covered by Monarca Boutique. 

In the event of damaged merchandise, you must contact us at monarca.boutiqueut@gmail.com within three days of receiving merchandise. 


Please allow 4-5 business days for shipment. We do not ship on weekends and or US Holidays.


Lost or Stolen Merchandise

In the event of lost or stolen merchandise, Monarca Boutique is not responsible once there is a tracking order sent out. 


  • Monarca Boutique is not responsible for any allergic reaction that may have been caused by the merchandise material.
